 It is suggested that you have a trademark search completed to see if your mark or something similar to it has been registered already with the US Patent & Trademark Office. This will prevent you from wasting legal and filing fees on a trademark application....not to mention the months waiting to hear back from the USPTO.

I will send you questions about the word, phrase, or logo that you would like to register with the US Patent & Trademark Office. I will then prepare the application in paper form. You will have the choice as to whether you mail in the form that I prepare, or you enter the information from the form to their online application (lower filing fee to the USPTO).
